Realme 12 Pro 5G - Overview

Snapdragon power, compatible with 5G networks
The Realme 12 Pro incorporates a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor that is also compatible with 5G and has very high power. With this, it allows not only daily use, but can also be used to play video games and image processing very quickly. This is one of Qualcomm's most powerful processors for the mid-range.

As for its memories , the new Realme 12 Pro integrates about 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and has a storage capacity of 256 GB .

6.7 inches AMOLED with 120Hz refresh rate
The Realme 12 Pro is an elegant smartphone thanks to its back we find a finish with curved edges that looks as if it were made of leather. As a screen, we find a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen , with FullHD+ resolution 1080 x 2412 pixels and a pixel per inch density of 394.

Although the most notable thing about this screen is that it has a 120 Hz refresh rate , a 240 Hz touch response and, to make it more resistant, it has a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus crystal that gives it IP65 dust and water resistance.

Another quite interesting aspect of the Realme 12 Pro is its 5000 mAh battery , which gives it a lot of use time. If there is one thing that this smartphone stands out for, it is that it has 67W SuperVooc fast charging , capable of having it charged in less than an hour.

The new Realme 12 Pro stands out, above all, in its photographic combination, having elements of higher models such as its built-in telephoto lens . Thus, it has on its back a 50 Mpx Sony IMX890 main sensor , the same one that we can find in the Oneplus 12R , and it is also accompanied by a 32 Mpx IMX709 sensor, especially designed to be used as a telephoto lens and with a wide-angle lens.

It will allow you to take both ambient and portrait photographs with great image precision and even zoom in up to 3x thanks to its built-in zoom. Its Realme 12 Pro+ model includes a much larger 64 Mpx telephoto lens to be able to go much further.

Warranty ?

• For all products where the title states "Local Stock", the full manufacturer warranty is provided, normally for 12 months.
• For all products where the title states "Special Import", a warranty is provided exclusively by Connected Devices normally for 12 months.
• For "Pre-Owned", we provide a minimum 3 month warranty. In some cases, the product still has the manufacturer warranty, which would be indicated on the product page.

Returning Goods ?

• Simple, Hassle-Free Returns. We believe that returning your product should be as easy as it was when you placed your order for it.
• We offer free returns, so we'll arrange the pick-up of your item and return it back to you at no cost. This does not apply to change of mind returns.
• Pretty much all items on Connected Devices can be returned for any reason for a refund except items that we’ve ordered specially for you. These items are indicated by “Special Import” in the title of the product.

Changed your Mind Return ?

• You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return a product to us for any reason whatsoever. This is in accordance with Section 44 of the ECT Act. Note that items marked as "Special Import" which have been imported specially for you, cannot be returned under this clause. These products can still be returned should they develop a fault, during the warranty period.

• Where products have been imported from international markets, these products may differ in benefit and/or after sales support than the same product sourced in South Africa.  These products will be identified in the product title with the wording "Special Import".
  
• Where Products are imported directly by Connected Devices or a non-authorized distributor, these products do not benefit from the exclusive offer in South Africa. This includes but is not limited to, the Wi-Fi offer, ADH Cover and Extended 24 Month Warranty period.
  
• These devices carry a 12-month warranty, supported by Connected Devices in South Africa and not from the local manufacturer/distributor of the product.
