Normally, these items arrive with us within 7-10 working days from order assuming no issues with stock availability. All "Special Import" items carry a warranty of 12 months. The Nubia RedMagic 8 Pro smartphone allows you to perform all tasks quickly and easily. It has a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 960Hz touch sampling rate courtesy of Qualcomm's latest and most powerful chipset to date - the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 . Its CPU offers 37% higher performance than the previous generation, while its GPU does so by 42%.
12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB UFS 4.0 memory
In addition, the most advanced 12GB LPDDR5X RAM provides an incredible operating speed of up to 8.5Gbps , while file read and write speeds are also optimized by the latest generation 256GB UFS 4.0 memory, giving almost twice as powerful as the previous version.
6000 mAh battery with 67 W fast charging
Nubia RedMagic 8 Pro also equips a dual-cell battery with a total capacity of 6000 mAh , a long autonomy ( especially if we take into account the very high efficiency of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2) and fast charging of 67 W.
AMOLED screen with UDC technology
The AMOLED screen of the Nubia RedMagic 8 Pro smartphone has also been enhanced using the latest generation of UDC technology to offer more than two million pixels of visual brightness.
This notch-less, bezel-less 6.8-inch panel is complemented by a maximum brightness of 1300 nits , ΔE < 1 color accuracy , a resolution of 400 pixels per inch , and a protective layer of Gorilla Glass .
In addition, the sound component developed by DTS:X provides an excellent acoustic experience with clear details.
ICE 11.0 cooling system
ICE 11.0 is the name given to the improved cooling system of the Nubia RedMagic 8 Pro.
It is made up of 10 layers , one of which is located under the screen to displace heat faster and keep the screen cool to the touch. It also includes a high-speed 20,000 RPM turbofan , which rapidly expels heat and replaces it with cool air; and a dual-layer VC liquid cooling plate , which covers the battery and powerful chips on the back of the phone.
Triple rear camera with 50 MP, 120º FOV and macro
Of course, the photographic equipment of the Nubia RedMagic 8 Pro matches its power. So the 50 MP main camera delivers impeccable low-light performance, while the 8 MP ultra-wide lens extends the field of view to 120 degrees and the 2 MP macro lens provides detailed clarity up close.

The dispatch time from our warehouse in Johannesburg varies based on the availability status of a product. Please note errors with availability may be encountered, in some instances without prior notice.
"In Stock" - These products normally ship within 1 working day.
"Available To Order" - Products which are available to order typically ship from us in 15-20 working days from order, assuming no issues with availability.
"Unavailable To Order" - These products are currently unavailable to order. In the event consistent supply becomes available, they will be made available for ordering.
Once your order has been shipped from us, delivery can be expected anywhere from 1-3 working days following the shipped notification. Delivery times are dependent on your location however can be influenced by external factors such as weather delays, load-shedding, traffic and overall volume of packages.

- We offer free delivery throughout South Africa, On orders over R700
- All deliveries are done to your door and are fully insured.
- Deliveries take place on weekdays only, during normal business hours.
- Once you've received a notification that your order has been shipped, you will receive notifications at every status throughout the delivery. You can expect your parcel to arrive usually anywhere from 1-3 working days after this notification.

- You also have the option to collect your order from our warehouse in Johannesburg, on weekdays only.

Warranty ?
- For all products where the title states "Local Stock", the full manufacturer warranty is provided, normally for 12 months.
- For all products where the title states "Special Import", a warranty is provided exclusively by Connected Devices normally for 12 months.
- For "Pre-Owned", we provide a minimum 3 month warranty. In some cases, the product still has the manufacturer warranty, which would be indicated on the product page.
Returning Goods ?
- Simple, Hassle-Free Returns. We believe that returning your product should be as easy as it was when you placed your order for it.
- We offer free returns, so we'll arrange the pick-up of your item and return it back to you at no cost. This does not apply to change of mind returns.
- Pretty much all items on Connected Devices can be returned for any reason for a refund except items that we’ve ordered specially for you. These items are indicated by “Special Import” in the title of the product.

Changed your Mind Return ?
- You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return a product to us for any reason whatsoever. This is in accordance with Section 44 of the ECT Act. Note that items marked as "Special Import" which have been imported specially for you, cannot be returned under this clause. These products can still be returned should they develop a fault, during the warranty period.
Special Import - Where products have been imported from international markets, these products may differ in benefit and/or after sales support than the same product sourced in South Africa. These products will be identified in the product title with the wording "Special Import".
- Where Products are imported directly by Connected Devices or a non-authorized distributor, these products do not benefit from the exclusive offer in South Africa. This includes but is not limited to, the Wi-Fi offer, ADH Cover and Extended 24 Month Warranty period.
- These devices carry a 12-month warranty, supported by Connected Devices in South Africa and not from the local manufacturer/distributor of the product.
- These products will be identified in the product title with the wording "Special Import".
